Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The lobby included maps and booklet guides for navigating Tokyo as well as additional toiletries ect to take as needed. Located close to convenience stores, subway and across the road from Tokyo dome. Quite a few shopping options in the area too, including Don Quijote!
Room was very small for two people. Cleaning schedule and the towel schedule information was a little confusing to understand. There's no kettle or cutlery available in the room, so you have to go down stairs to a communal kitchen.

The place is in a good location and the staff were very nice, breakfast was handy to have something available.
The rooms were small even for Tokyo for what they cost.
