a bit overpriced and not quite meeting our expectations

very pretty clean house, nice furniture, beautiful garden with lake access, great location

there was no breakfast even though otherwise advertised on their homepage. not even coffee in the room. there was a filter machine but no filters nor coffee and we won’t buy all that for one night’s stay. even upon expressing our disappointment the host didn’t offer any solutions (e.g. „come downstairs to our kitchen, we‘ll fix you a few coffees with our coffee machine“) except for us to go to a nearby restaurant that wouldn’t open before 10am. so that was weird and not forthcoming at all. otherwise they were very friendly, just not very hospitable. also no soap or shower gel or shampoo in any room. but they gave us some when we asked.

Lovely little apartment. Spotlessly clean. Great private beach facilities - gym, sauna, boats, stand up paddle boards - all included in the price. Beach area is a large garden with plenty of space and lots of sun loungers.

Kitchen facilities in apartment a bit basic - no oven, grill or toaster for example. But we still managed to cook for ourselves. Owners very unfriendly. Made zero effort to make us feel welcome.

Exceptional

It’s an excellent place for holiday. All the facilities are free for use (sauna, bikes, SUP, out door ping pong table)... It has its own access to the lake view a stunning view. The atmosphere of the hotel is so amicable and lots of nice details. The apartment room has a lovely kitchen and all the utensils needed for a simple home made dinner :)

The shampoo and showering gel is usually not provided for apartment rooms.
