Location, location, location Enjoyed fresh hot espresso each morning

Could have used a couple more pillows in each room. A written instruction card upon room arrival to educate guests on the heating system, use of stove, sauna and washer and dryer, etc. would be most helpful.

Everything is exceptionally clean and well taken care off. The supermarket below is really good and convenient. Beds are great, room is great, the garden and the amenities are fabulous.

It’s not what I didn’t like, just something to be mindful of: the location is very convenient, the downside of this is that there is quite a bit of traffic noise (nights are quiet though) if you have the windows open. If you are on the side of the supermarket delivery, you have the noise of the delivery trucks. It didn’t bother us, just something to know, this is not a quiet-mountain-nature place.

Excellent, perfect for young families.

Very central location, above the supermarket. The Facilities are very clean, the hosts friendly, at arrival the cod was ready and they even provided us with a Children's chair and diaper trash can! We also much enjoyed the common area and play area. We hope to come back!

Great winter long weekend

Knaller-Möd is centered in the center of the Techendorf, right across the bridge that crosses the Weissensee and leads towards the ski slopes. We stayed in studio for two, that has quite spacious rooms. Entrance hall is rather large, with big wardrobe and shoe cupboard. Bathroom and toilet are separate rooms, well lit. Main room consists of kitchenette and bedroom section, with large balcony. Soundproofing from the outside is good. With closed windows we did not hear sounds from big party just across the lake. We did hear few loud noises from the hall, bit those were generally from kids running by our door to the apartment next to us. Otherwise, it was peaceful. Apartment is clean, roomy and well equipped (there is even tray for wet shoes in the hall). Kitchenette has cutlery set for 4, so you can even entertain few guests. Kitchen is basic, but property has larger kitchen and eating room that you can use for more complex meals. Common area also has a children playroom, lots of books and board-games available, large terrace, Finnish sauna, ski storage, bicycle rent and so on. WiFi is of good quality. There is enough parking room for guests reserved on the road on the side of the hotel. There are several good restaurants in a five minute walking range. Ground floor has large and well stocked grocery store. With our room we also got Premium card that gave us free entrance to ice skating, Nordic skiing, and free local bus rides. Staff is not on the premises 24/7, but they are around and accessible over the phone. Anything we arranged with them was handled easily and without problems. Good place that I would recommend.

Amazing!

We were pleasantly surprised by the flat hotel. Maybe we didn't take enough time to get familiar with the Hotel before we went there, but we didn't know, for example, that there was a sauna in the house, that there were bicycles, rowing boats and paddle boats available to guests free of charge. The flat hotel is only a few metres from the lake. The staff was very friendly and was always there for us. The area is generally very beautiful and has a lot to offer for nature lovers!

Generally, restaurants in the area closed very early - not the hotels fault though ;)!

Just superb.

It is all very nice, clean and well maintained. Things like a laundry room, a sauna, etc are available. We were with five persons and they even had sets of towels in five different colors. How about that! Central location in opposite of the bridge and the Spar supermarket down in the building. Friendly and helpful staff. Well priced.

WiFi could have had a better range. Internet was not available throughout whole of the appartement.

is in the perfect location and has a Spar supermarket below it. the view of the room we had after been upgraded was amazing

the first room we got was looking to another building was really dark, I ask for another room I got an upgrade with a super nice view but a bit to expensive for what it was.

Great location close to lake

Liked: close to shop, good beds, clean, lots of towels, all utensils you need in the kitchen, helpful staff, ski storage, close to ski slopes. Close to Lake.

No noticeable way to turn the average temperature down in the room. So it was very warm.

Exceptional

Such a beautiful little town with plenty to do, and the location is perfect for accessing local lake, ski runs or walks. Great shared kitchen space and very comfortable and clean room.

The staff were absolutely lovely, we just couldn’t always access someone when we needed it.

Perfekt für Eislauf-Enthusiasten

Die Lage ist fantastisch: Spar und der Eisschuhverleih befinden sich im selben Gebäude. Der gefrorene Teil des Sees war nur 200 m von der Unterkunft entfernt. Es war sauber und ruhig. Die Ausstattung der Zimmerküche war mehr als ausreichend. Der Gemeinschaftsraum mit Küche, Kaffeemaschine und Brettspielen ist ideal für Treffen am Abend.

Die Messer im Zimmer waren total abgestumpft.

Perfektní lokace pro dovolenou a moc krásné místo celkově.

Skvělé místo přímo u mostu na druhou stranu jezera. Soukromá pláž s možností půjčení lodiček, SUP. K dispozici lehátka i slunečníky, přístavní molo lodí asi 100m od ubytka. Ubytování včetně balkonu, pro 4lidi dostatečné a komfortní. Kousek i na lanovku či autobus a v ceně týdenního pobytu byla i WeissenSee Premium card na veškeré lanovky, lodě či autobusy.

Ráno byl trochu hluk tím, že je ubytovaní přímo nad potravinami SPÁR, tak šlo slyšet zásobování.

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage, zentral und trotzdem ruhig, direkt am Wasser, mit großem schönen Grundstück am See. Mehr als genug Liegen und Sonnenschirme, umfangreiches, gratis zur Verfügung gestelltes Sport- Equipment (Räder, Ruderboot, SUP)… Die Unterkunft ist sauber, liebevoll gestaltet, alles ist da.

Großzügige saubere Ferienwohnung mit moderner Ausstattung. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eigener Seezugang für die Ferienwohnungen Knaller-Möd mit Liegen, Sonnenschirmen, SUPs und Ruderbooten. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Kostenlose Mitnutzung des Strandbads und der Seeschifffahrt mit der Premium Karte. Sauna, Entspannungsbereich und Infrarotkabine im 3ten Stock. Der Spar Markt und ein Intersport sind direkt im Haus.

De spar onder het hotel is makkelijk. Je krijgt een pas voor boot en kabelbaan.

Ruim Appartement met alles erop en eraan. We konden ook gebruik maken van een andere gemeenschappelijke ruimte met oven en andere faciliteiten. Ligging is centraal en heerlijk om te wandelen en of andere dingen te ondernemen. De winkel Spar zit er precies onder en dus ideaal. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Eigenlijk helemaal niets! Het bankstel is de huiskamer had iets groter gemogen voor 3 personen. Maar dat is meer een tip

Aanrader, mooie en fijne kamers, goede locatie.

Mooie fijne plek, goeie locatie. Schaats/schoenen opberg plek beneden met eigen kluisjes per kamer. Nieuwe badkamer en keuken die erg netjes zijn, met vloerverwarming in de badkamer. Grote supermarkt onder het hotel.
