One negative is that the hotel has a laborious check-in process (many forms to sign) - Overall, it was great - We decided to stay on both front and end sides of our stay in Bogota

Me hospedé en el área de apartamentos y la experiencia fue muy buena. Es un lugar ideal para descansar en silencio, tiene un ambiente super agradable, tranquilo y seguro. Este lugar es un complejo enorme de varias torres, cuenta con varios restaurantes, bar, lavandería y hasta capilla. El desayuno es bastante bueno. Queda a pasos de un Centro comercial y puestos locales para comer, cerca de hospitales, clínicas y demás comercios. El hotel cuenta con servicio de transporte super seguro, atentos y a buen precio.
El elevador se detuvo un par de veces, es como antiguo, sin embargo, respondían inmediato al botón de llamado y abrían la puerta rápidamente, nunca pasó a mayores ni sentí miedo.

Old flats, tap water smells bad
The kitchen super old , but was was outrageous was that I was travelling with my kids , and they are not included in the breakfast. Is written in the conditions but very hidden . However it saids that children under 11 are included in the breakfast, my kid is 11 and the hotel forces me to pay extra fee about 20 usd for each day . Also you are not allowed to have guests after 8pm ..
