Great location, room was beautiful, clean and functional. Staff were super friendly and they let us leave the bag before check-in.
The noise. You can hear people in the corridor and stairs. Also the window didn't close quite well (they have 2 windows, the second, internal one, was tricky) and the street was noisy pretty much until Sunday 5am.

Personal at reception was really helpful.
The bedroom. Even that the Hotel give us the main bedroom, it’s not the type of bedroom that you expect. it is fine only for hours.
