perfect stay with all comfort, great terrace, all year long.

comfortable right on the beach, which is also convenient in February for a short swim in the sea. Service and welcoming is extraordinary warm and friendly, breakfast is delicious. The SPA could be somewhat bigger, finish sauna is missing, but the overall experience is always great. Ariana is the perfect host, always ready to take care of anything you need. Thank you and see you next time again!

the food was amazing and the guy that worked at the pool was super friendly and attentive.

first off, my boyfriend had reached out prior to our trip to ask how much a taxi cost from bologna airport to the hotel. once he saw the price the hotel sent back, we searched other options for transportation as it was quite expensive and my boyfriend never responded confirming we needed them to book us a taxi. However, they did book one but since we didn’t take it, we heard about it our whole stay. The last night we were there, the man working at the desk said we couldn’t get a taxi that night or the next morning to our cruise ship which before I booked the hotel I made it aware we needed to get to the cruise terminal but since we wouldn’t pay the 170€ for a taxi we never confirmed to order or got in they banned us from any taxi in Lido di Salvio. The man took advantage of my boyfriend (English is not his first language) and made him pay 85€ cash to provide us with a taxi to our cruise. When we checked out I told the lady how unacceptable this was and how we were treated so poorly this whole stay because of this taxi issue and she did give me the 85€ back but I will definitely never stay here or recommend this hotel again. I wanted to check out right after checking in and had a really bad experience the entire stay, we really couldn’t enjoy it and we’re counting day the time until we got to check out. there is a list of other issues we encounter during this weekend stay, but the list goes on and this was the biggest one.

God place for 2-6 days.Excellent rooms and staff . Beach unexciting but easy place for rest.

Excellent and welcoming staff . First class room --actually a suite. Beach -very Adriatic .Excellent to walk along .A bit too shallow for good swim . Am not a fan of Italian system whereby use of beach facilities incurs a charge above and beyond hotel rate . However hotel's generosity on room compensates for that . Overall area is still a bit sparse and lacks intimacy .Breakfasts first rate .Other meals very good , but about 10-15 % overpriced compared with ,say, a good restaurant in ravenna . Overall strongly recommend .

Maybe music on weekends -deemed essential for vibe -was too loud .But staff turned it down a bit when this was suggested.

Wonderful beach vacation! Great Staff, hotel, beach, views! Will be going back again!

We stayed at the beautiful Vistamare Suites Hotel and we had booked a superior suite room with ocean view. The room is very spacious and the balcony is very large with stunning views of the ocean and hotel grounds. One of largest I have ever seen at a beach hotel. The hotel has a chic - open atmosphere with a beautiful area to eat your breakfast/lunch and dinner. The pool is beautiful and has fantastic views to the ocean/beach. I loved the Bali beds on the beach also. There is also a pool/beach side restaurant with great views to serve you all day. Eating dinner outside by the lit up pool is very romantic. It is so beautiful at the hotel it's difficult to leave and visit the surrounding area. The hotel location is also great in walking distance to many restaurants/shops, etc. The breakfast is a la carte and very good: with eggs, bacon, lot of cheese, fruits, sweets and wonderful coffee served any style you desire. What I loved the most about the hotel was the hotel staff! They are so very friendly and always helpful. A special thanks to: Nico, Alessandro and the whole team. We will be going back to this beautiful hotel again in September. One of my most favourite trips! Mille Grazie Vistamare Suites.

Spectacular

View and location absolutely amazing - one of the few hotels on this coastline straight on the beach (without a road between the hotel and the beach). Can hear the waves from your bed at night, a rare privilege! The staff were also incredible, very helpful and polite.

The only thing is that on Friday night they played pretty loud music from the restaurant/bar area until the early hours of the morning. Didn't bother us as it was good music but could be a problem for others.

Ein schöner Ort am Meer um einige Tage auszuspannen und auch gut gelegen um Ausfüge in die umliegenden Städte zu unterne

Sehr schön eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, Wasserkocher, Föhn etc. Sehr grosser Balkon mit Liegen und Meersicht. Das Personal wahr sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Unseren Hund durften wir auch in den Speisesaal mitnehmen. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.

Die Parkgebühren von 10 Euro pro Tag auf dem Hotelgelände fanden wir etwas zu hoch, da man gleich vor dem Hotel in der blauen Zone von Oktober bis März kostenlos parkieren hätte können. Die Kosten für den Hund 15 Euro pro Tag fanden wir auch etwas zu hoch, es standen zwar zwei Hundenäpfe zur Verfühgung doch mehr auch nicht.

Lage sonne strand top.

Die Lage war super. Direkt am Strand. Alle Zimmer mit meerblick und einem tollen Balkon. Personal war super nett.

Liegen und strandtücher am pool mit geld/ parkplatz mit geld. Restaurant überteuert. Frühstück war jeden tag das gleiche. Kuchen und rührei. Keine tomaten keine gurken. Kein gemüse.

Der Strand war übersät mit scharfkantigen Muscheln, so dass das Barfußlaufen nur eingeschränkt möglich war. Wenn der Hotelparkplatz voll ist, muss man sich beim Ausparken schon anstrengen.

Hebt sich deutlich ab, von den umliegenden Hotels.

Die Strandliegen sind nicht im Preis enthalten und leider sehr teuer. Parkplatz schlug mit 20,- pro Tag ebenfalls zuzüglich zu, auch das war zu teuer empfunden.

Ok, aber nie wieder.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super und direkt am Strand. Der Service beim einmaligen Abendessen war gut freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Morgenbuffet war ok, leider hat das Personal nicht verstanden, wie ein Kaffee mit warmer Milch gemacht werden sollte, ist jedoch kein Beinbruch.

Da wir kurzfristig unseren Aufenthalt im einen Tag verkürzen musste, haben wir dies direkt bei der Ankunft gemeldet. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass keine Rückerstattung möglich ist, da wir über Booking gebucht haben, was wir auch verstanden haben. Zwei Tage vor der Abreise wurden wir gefragt, ob wir das Zimmer für einen Nacht wechseln können, da das aktuelle Zimmer bereits wieder vermietet sei. Dies finden wir eine Frechheit, schon mit der Absicht den Zimmerpreis zweimal zu verlangen. Wir haben klar kommuniziert, dass die nicht in Frage kommen würde. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers lässt stark zu wünschen übrig, zu dem sind kleinere Reparaturen nicht oder nur halbherzig korrigiert worden. Für uns nie ein 4-Stern-Hotel, nur um mit den Sternen hohen Preise fürs Zimmer und Abendessen zu rechtfertigen, reicht dies bei weitem nicht.

Das Frühstück und die Aussicht zum Meer

Unsere Superior Suite entsprach nicht einer Suite in einem 4-Sterne Hotel. Das Hotel war ursprünglich ein Gebäude mit Ferienwohnungen. Durch die Umwandlung konnte das Haus den Standard eines 4-Sterne Hotels nicht erreichen. Hinzu kommt die oberflächliche Reinigung. Man sieht überall Stellen mit alten Ablagerungen. Und die Hygiene vermisst man auch - hier möchte ich keine weiteren Details erwähnen. Es gibt keine hotelmäßige Rezeption, keine richtige Hotel-Lobby. Es gab nicht einmal die Möglichkeit, die Rezeption anzurufen. Die Kommunikation musste man über WhatsApp führen. Im Schlafzimmer fehlte auf einer Bettseite ein Nachttisch - er war "not available". Auf meine ausdrückliche Bitte, bekamen wir einen Hocker als Ersatz. Im Badezimmer fehlten Handtücher. Statt in der Buchungsbestätigung festgelegten Parkgebühr i.H.v. 10 Euro/Tag wollte man uns beim Einchecken 20 Euro/Tag für das Parken berechnen. Auch das Personal konnte mit Freundlichkeit und Professionalität nicht überzeugen.

Tolle Lage Super Aussicht… Gäste wurden in zwei Kategorien eingeteilt und dementsprechend behandelt

Die Lage und Aussicht vom Balkon war aussergewöhnlich Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und vielfältig

Da wir über booking gebucht haben, wurden uns für Zusatzleistungen ( Strandbett) höhere Preise verlangt als wenn wir direkt gebucht hätten. Das Parking pro Tag mit 20.-€ war teuer. Die Einrichtung war teilweise stark abgenutzt, die Duschkabine war sehr klein.

Frühstück etwas wenig Auswahl, aber in Ordnung. Zimmer sind groß und werden gut sauber gehalten. Schöner großer Balkon mit eigenen Liegen und super Meerblick (Superior Suite mit Meerblick). Lage direkt am Strand. Freundliches Personal

Achtung viele Zusatzgebühren! Hätte ich das vorher gewusst, hätte ich das Hotel nicht gebucht: 70 € pro Tag für die Nutzung des Beachclubs (abgenutzter, nicht sauber gehaltener Poolbereich, Handtücher, abgenutzter Fitnessraum, Strandbetten). Diese Gebühren werden weder auf booking.com noch auf vistamaresuite.com dargestellt. Beachclub wird teilweise an Gesellschaften (Hochzeit, Geburtstag, etc. vermietet) man muss sich dann den 70 € Beachclub noch mit anderen teilen. Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Abgekautes Beistellbett für 15 € die Nacht (betroffene Stellen wurden mit Handtüchern abgedeckt). Fussboden im Frühstücksraum wurde nicht gereinigt. Liebe Grüße, Yannick

Atemberaubende Aussicht aufs Meer und chicer Poolbereich

Jedes mal beim Eintreten in das Zimmer stockt einem der Atem ob der wunderbaren Aussicht auf das Meer! Der Strand grenzt direkt an das Hotel an und bietet sich für Strandspaziergänge wunderbar an. Wir waren vor der Sommersaison dort und spazierten praktisch alleine am Strand, der vor Ostern gerade erst präpariert wurde. Wir haben sehr fein zu Abend gegessen und wurden immer sehr zuvorkommend bedient. Freundliches, nettes und hilfsbereites Team im ganzen Haus! Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. An unserem ersten Tag war das Restaurant noch nicht geöffnet, sodass uns das Frühstück aufs Zimmer gebracht wurde - war ein Vergnügen bei der tollen Aussicht. Da wäre eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer vielleicht noch hilfreich gewesen.

20 Euro Parkplatzgebühr pro Tag beim Hotel fanden wir etwas gar hoch gegriffen. Aber in der Hochsaison bestimmt lohnenswert, wenn alles an den Strand will. Jetzt konnten wir in den blauen Feldern gratis parkieren. Lido die Savio ist in der Nebensaison sehr ruhig mit nur wenigen geöffneten Läden, was uns jedoch sehr gefallen hat. Wer etwas mehr Trubel möchte, sollte in die etwas grösseren Orte wie Cervia oder Cesenatico mit dem Auto fahren. Ein bisschen mehr Gemüse und Salat auf der Karte wäre toll.
