Nice location, quaint property, friendly staff, nice room, adequate breakfast.

the airconditioning was noisy. If I turned off the a/c, the coverlet was too hot.

Though it is located just off the business district in bustling Bangalore, it is still quiet, allowing you to enjoy the silence. The staff is courteous and helpful. The breakfast was sumptuous.

Unfortunately, I had to cut short my visit due to personal reasons, therefore couldn't enjoy the entire extent of my stay and experience more of the Casa family's hospitality. Thank you everyone.

The property was at a very central area and it felt very homely to stay at the property. The staff was helpful and the price was great for their deluxe room. Really enjoyed the stay.

Greenery !

No arrangement for meals. Breakfast limited. I didn't like the fact that for zero services, the staff kept on asking for tips. We had to order from zomato both days, both meals. Breakfast on day 1- sambhar finished at 9.30 so I had to do with chutney alone. They are collaborating with a local eatery which didn't provide any roti/chapathi/no bread with dinner what so ever! Probably suitable for travellers who stay for long and want to cook their own food. Hotel wise, it needs several improvements. No parking available. Travellers with luggage (like us) will need to walk with all of it through residential lane, though the caretaker took the suitcases. We were asked to park on the street itself and were told that all guests park street side itself. Felt pity for the neighbours!! Tip boxes at reception and asking for tips while checking out was a big put off! Unfortunately will not recommend!
