    None of the rooms has working AC, all the time cigarette smell in the air, very dirty rooms with gutka stains, spider webs and what not. Few people using it as a PG, Can't sleep during night due to loud music in pub. No Toiletries, no facilities at all.

    We booked an AC room and all the rooms had no AC.. the washroom was terrible!! Too much smell and also the walls had black mold. The desk guy was drunk at the check in time. We saw 3 rooms in the hotel all had same condition. We contacted agoda support but even after 1 hour of all no proper solution was given! While booking, agoda didn’t confirm my booking despite a successful payment so i had to book again but once we went for check-in we discovered the horrible rooms. I had requested a free cancellation and refund but nothing has been reverted!
