    The hotel rooms are so dirty that we could not even check-in. We arrived around 11pm after an exhaustive day just to find out that hotel is so disappointing and gelot more exhausted having to search another hotel in the middle of the night.

    1. Irresponsive behavior of the Staff 2. No hospitality (no welcome water bottle even), Every time we had to ask for it. 3. Rooms and Washrooms damn dirty. 4. No catering service in the hotel. 5. No heating water cattle.
