    ROOM WAS OLD AND DAMPED. STAFFS WERE ALSO LETHARGIC TO HELP. NO WATER IN THE TAP FOR HOURS. FOR DRINKING WATER HAVE TO GO TO THE RECEPTION EACH TIME FOR ASKING FOR IT.
