The location is phenomenal you are literally 40m from the beach with reasonably priced sunbeds too! Also within 5-7min walking to the next bay which is more lively at night (Prokopios). The aircon requires all windows to be shut for it to function, we learnt this the hard way thinking it was faulty and slept without aircon the first night!
The toilet smells and was unbearable at times (though we think this is a recurring theme across Greece due to their grey water). The property wasn’t constantly manned and our first few days the staff was unresponsive on bookings.com - but once we told them we messaged they checked more regularly.

The host communicated with us very well. Our ferry was delayed. We messaged through the app and adjusted our arrival time. The host met us in person with a friendly face and showed us to our room.
I didn’t like that there was no mattress cover on the bed. There was just a flat sheet that was not big enough to cover the top of the mattress. The previous guests had left food in the cupboards and not cleaned out. I had to buy a tea towel as one not provided. We ate breakfast on our balcony every morning and needed something to dry the dishes.

It was in the back side of a yard that was doing a laundry so it was smelly and the room has high humidity
