Helsingborgs Vandrarhem, Helsingborg Hostel

It was cheap. Kitchen if needed. Powerful shower. Location was OK. Fridge in room was handy.

Very noisy with fridge in room and other bits. I couldn't have slept without ear plugs. Tired looking but everything worked fine.

Comfortable bed, single bed room size was decent.

No signs on the building or the door about the location of the hostel in the building.

The hostel is nicely located a short walk away from the central train station. It has a spacious kitchen with lots of equipment, and even my own fridge in my room, so I could easily prepare my own meals.

The area around the hostel felt a little bit... questionable, especially for a late-night arrival like mine. There also were some people (plus a dog) that seemed to hang out in the common area the *entire* evenings; I never saw them go to any room of their own and strongly suspect that they didn't actually have rooms, but instead used the hostel as a convenient hangout spot. This meant blaring television and loud (Swedish) talking in the common room all evening, making it not the most fun place to be.

The beds were comfortable, the room clean and the toilet and shower were always clean. It was very central to town . The lift wasn’t working and we only saw a cleaner ! It was really a place for immigrants and people down on there luck

It was dowdy soulless and really for immigrants and people who were homeless
