Brit Hotel Limoges Centre Gare - Hôtel & Spa

We loved the location so close from the train station and the center. And we enjoyed the spa so much!

Everything was pretty good.

Helpful staff, nice breakfast, lovely to have hot water etc. available. We were looking for a straightforward overnight stay with somewhere secure to leave our car and access to the old town to have a quick look around, and this hotel and its parking arrangements were just what we needed.

Close to the city centre and train station - great location. Good breakfast

Aircon was set on 23 degrees which was too warm for us to sleep as the rooms are quite small. No mini fridge and hooks for towels

We have stayed here before in June of this year. This time was just a short stay. Good location and clean

On our previous stay the staff very pleasant and attentive. Unfortunately this time on our return to the hotel after a day/night out they didn’t even look up from the desk to acknowledge us (a simple hello would have been nice) or a reply to us. I appreciate they may have been in the middle of something but as a receptionist myself it takes nothing to say hello and smile, good customer service 🙂 On our departure as young lady helped us translate a message we had received from our next hotels host. Unfortunately we didn’t get her name but thank you Would return to this hotel but maybe a little staff training 🙂
