Best night’s sleep I’ve had in ages. Nothing to dislike about this hotel. The staff were all super helpful and went out of their way. I loved my room, everything was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was worth the price. The air conditioning in my room was perfect despite the heatwave outside. Reception lent me an iron and the manager helpfully booked me a taxi in a different town I was travelling to

We have stayed here before in June of this year. This time was just a short stay.
Good location and clean
On our previous stay the staff very pleasant and attentive.
Unfortunately this time on our return to the hotel after a day/night out they didn’t even look up from the desk to acknowledge us (a simple hello would have been nice) or a reply to us. I appreciate they may have been in the middle of something but as a receptionist myself it takes nothing to say hello and smile, good customer service 🙂
On our departure as young lady helped us translate a message we had received from our next hotels host. Unfortunately we didn’t get her name but thank you
Would return to this hotel but maybe a little staff training 🙂
