I was visiting Salzburg for a wedding. The hotel was super close to the venue. Great breakfast, nice views.

We stayed at this hotel for a week and had a wonderful time. The atmosphere was very pleasant, with a large parking area, cozy rooms, and everything was spotlessly clean.
We especially loved the breakfast — a generous buffet with a wide selection of fresh salads and carefully prepared hot dishes every day. The fresh bread from a local bakery was absolutely delicious. We will truly miss those breakfasts!
A very nice touch is that the hotel offers coffee and tea throughout the day, made with a professional coffee machine. You can sit and relax in the lounge area at lovely tables with a beautiful view of the mountains — simply wonderful.
We will definitely come back.

The breakfast was the best part. The eggs were fresh and not a box mix. The croissants were fresh and flaky. The cappuccino was acceptable. But the espresso was not good. Regardless, it was an excellent breakfast even though there was no yogurt. The bread looked good and there was even a toaster and the bacon was crispy so I was very happy with it.
The bed was comfortable and the apt was nice and spacious enough.
The location was about a 20 minute drive from the center of Salzburg and that was perfect for us.
If you have an electric car, they also have a charging station for 2 cars. There are plenty of spots to park in as well.
The main reasons why I deducted 4 points are these:
The listing states that there is an elevator. This is true. HOWEVER, IT DOES NOT GO TO THE APARTMENT!!!!
This is extremely misleading!
We would never have selected this hotel otherwise. We had previously informed them that we had a lot of luggage since this was a halfway point to put destination and would need an easily accessible room because I have a disability.
They have us an apt where we had to walk to the other side of the hotel and up a long curved staircase with all our bags!
This is unacceptable.
The other negatives are minor: the hair dryer is the kind that is attached to a wall and is very weak. The apt was not very warm and you couldn't control the heat.
But the main thing is the access. It is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be accessible when the elevator does not go to all the floors.
If they manage to fix this, this would make all the difference.
