I felt it was over priced

The property was incredibly clean. However we used the pool and I was wearing a new bikini which was completely bleached of its colour which I believe is die to excessive chlorine. I was originally offered a voucher for 40 euro for inter sport, but I was leaving the next day. I also left a gold eternity ring which I asked if it could be returned but they are not responding to my email. If I am honest only the gentleman that worked in the evening was kind. The breakfast was very limited.

The location was fantastic great view of Morzine and a short walk to ski hire and bubble… easy to find and close to shops and restaurants etc.. had a steam room and pool, jacuzzi

the location is fantastic and the hotel is very clean. the staff were helpful and polite. breakfast was lovely, fresh and plentiful.

the swimming pool and jacuzzi were on the cold side. also no extra towels in rooms when requested, just one per person (and these were not large) no towels provided for swimming and bathrobes were 10 euros extra per person. also small time slot for breakfast 8-9.30am. this could be extended.

Super, goed verblijf gehad.

Goede ligging, mogelijkheid tot stallen van ski’s en op wandelafstand van de lift. Na een vermoeiende dag mogelijkheid om te ontspannen in jacuzzi, bubbelbad of zwembad.

Ik had de indruk dat één van de serveersters een beetje tegen haar zin werkte.
