Room was very big. Breakfast was very good. Friendly staff.
The shower didn’t work and we had to request the problem to be solved. They did it in half an hour, but it was a problem because my wife was already in the shower and she had to get dressed again before the staff came to the room. Pillows were hard.

Personal ist nett . Nur musste ich mir die ganze Zeit Ausreden anhören .
Es war mein dritter Aufenthalt. Ich habe beim jeden Mal an der Rezeption gesagt das ich kein Raucherzimmer möchte auch vor der Buchung , da ich bei allen drei Aufenthalte jedesmal ein andres Zimmer hatte … habe ich leider gottes immer ein Zimmer bekommen was nach Aschenbecher gestunken hatte . Beim melden musste ich mir dubiose Ausreden wieder hören müssen .
Jedesmal habe ich mir gesagt , kann passieren ich gebe noch eine Chance . Das war das letzte Mal beim RAUCHER HOTEL MARATHON . Man wird nicht ernst genommen .
