L accueil, particulierement avec Sophie qui nous a apporté les meilleurs conseils pour profiter pleinement du séjour. Une mention spéciale pour la jeune Sophie.
Le petit dej, un vrai brunch!!! Nous avons un large choix, bravo!
La suite et les equipements sont au top.
Juste un axe d ameliioration pour le repas du midi : serveuse et repas juste convenable

Le bungalow, le petit déjeuner la piscine
Pour un hôtel de ce standing et donc a ce prix il n est pas normal voire inadmissible de ne pas avoir eu d eau chaude pendant la moitié du séjour.
Malgré nos remarques a la réception aucune solution alternative ne nous a été proposée.

L'accueil très professionnel de Jenny que nous remercions encore pour toutes les précieuses informations livrées sur les offres de l'hôtel (possibilité de buffet, proposition de chambres supérieure, etc...). Le petit déjeuner est très bien, le cadre est calme et très agréable, la chambre confortable, bien agencée (nous avons apprécié le nombre suffisant de cintres un détail mais il nous en manque toujours). La literie est agréable et les ustensiles de cuisine très utiles.
Juste faire attention à la volée de moustiques vers 18h30, surprenant et désagréable.
Pas grand chose d'autre à ajouter.

Beautiful foyer...seating areas...pool with lake in the background...cabin style rooms all very sympathetic with the surroundings..quite romantic. Overall design was great. Lots of wildlife to observe.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Laundry left outside our room at check in. Nothing to wash dishes with or sweep the floor. Fridge and freezer not working properly.
