La ubicación cerca de Santander, cabárceno y de cualquier pueblo y la tranquilidad del entorno
Poco menaje de cocina, la piscina a 500 metros y no lo especifican al reservar (si vas a la interior tienes que subirlos, si vas a la exterior los tienes que bajar) el ascensor te deja encerrado.

Hotel was nicely presented, modern, light and airy. Reception staff were very helpful and personable. The room we eventually ended up in was in the main hotel and was very nice. It was a corner room, fairly spacious, clean and adequately equipped. It had a great outlook over the village. Nice the indoor pool was open til midnight. Outdoor pool looked lovely. Breakfast room looks over the hotel terrace and into the valley which was really nice. Breakfast was fine - bread loaves were nice.
We booked a two bed apartment which was part of what felt to be a social housing complex. The fabric of the building was really poor, common areas were not pleasant, smell of cigarettes, dogs etc. Parts of the complex were derelict, including the area over which the room overlooked. We asked to be moved to the main hotel and this was accommodated at small additional cost, albeit a smaller self catering room with a sofa bed.
