Very spacious room, daily cleaning and fresh towels, with toiletries and free water, fridge in the room and coffee machine and some vending machines downstairs. Nice touch to offer some bakery products and water for free at the lobby. Location is great, 10 min walk from the historical center, plenty of bars and restaurants around. Bus stop right outside the hotel, great connection to farther parts of the city
Bit noisy as the windows don’t seal perfectly, and you can hear the people from the corridor, but with an earplug everything was ok. Weird to have Cristal doors for the bathroom as they don’t filter any noise nor smell, but hopefully this can only strengthen your relationship more :)

The properties actually very nice, well located with nice facilities
The stuff in the reception were generally very nice, but one of the members of the team was so rude. I hope that she is either given some more training or goes and works in a different industry.
