First and foremost, the staff is out of this world, every single person that we talked to was extremely nice and helpful. We were happy everyday coming back to the hotel and chatting with the staff. The price is pretty reasonable too.
When we first arrived the room was pretty clean, but we felt that the further cleaning of the room was lacking a little bit, especially because there’s no toilet brush available at the toilet. Just by providing a toilet brush, it would improve way more. We also missed having cutlery available but that’s just a detail

The staff were all very friendly and happy to give us a chance to practise our Spanish.
Despite being on a busy road, the room was very quiet.
Large shopping centre and Le Corte Inglés department store nearby
The location is quite a way from the city centre, and about a 15 minute walk from the train station.

The best thing about the property the location it close to the city center and is a comfortable walking distance to most city attractions. Various bus and taxi stops close by.
It was very dirty, the rooms were not properly cleaned we had allergic reaction every morning from the dust in the room. The staff was all very confusing, either annoyed to be working or overly talkative making very unfortunate comments.
