The room, the staff- amazing!

The parking was too tricky to navigate for us. Driving in another country is stressful enough, having to navigate cobbled and one way streets to park was far from ideal. The parking added unnecessary stress to an otherwise amazing holiday. We needed a car to attend Chelsea football games but the parking was not acceptable for this constant movement. A typical family, couple holiday where you don’t really need to move the car would be fine but having to zip in and out to various stadiums was stressful.

The whole property and its staff were a breath of fresh air given our previous experience at a hotel in the area. We were given a sea view 6th floor room with glorious views across the beach and Sea. The lady who was on the reception on Thursday evening was an absolute pleasure to deal with and a credit to your hotel as were the lads on the bar who whipped us up a smashing pizza despite being shut given our ordeal we had faced. The cleanliness of the hotel and the continuous house keeping was superb. We had an early morning check out and we were dealt with superbly once again. Thank you for making our stay what it was given the terrible experience we had prior in the evening.
