The place is cheap and simple, with a basic/industrial design. the location is perfect for a stay if you arrive or leave from chamartin train station.

Good location. Nice dining room and outdoor seating area in cafe. Comfortable bed and bedding. Very helpful staff. Very good food.
Using manufactured plywood as a primary decorative theme did not appeal to me, although my husband thought maybe they were in the midst of a remodel. I don’t think so. We paid extra for a veranda but I think it was actually a rooftop where they stored old outdoor furniture. We did have a table and two chairs outside. But it needs to be upgraded and tidied up (rusty railings and pieced together siding on back and block off old stored tables and chairs). Bathroom shelf coming off wall.
