Quiet and convenient location, nice garden, friendly staff, good breakfast, champagne on the first day. We also got an upgrade to a larger room, thanks to the friendly staff.
As mentioned by some guests already, water does get sprayed out of the tub easily during shower.

Loved the garden for Breakfast & Dinner. Great service from all staff. Our room was serviced so well
Could get noisy at peak traffic time with vehicles driving past ( we were at the front )
