Good central location at the top level
Single mattresses pushed together for the double bed pulled apart during the night
Room a bit noisy at night and early morning if you do not close the windows.

It was well located in the heart of the city. It has the air of the old town, but in a modern and updated way. The breakfast was nice and the staff very friendly and helpful. We would book it again

Perfect, central location in a quiet square and right next to the "Sassi" area
Absolutely disappointing. The front desk is only open till 10pm, and they charge you a fee for "late" check-in. Breakfast is incredibly limited in options and poor quality. Staff is clearly inexperienced and inadequate to the service level expected. On top of that, many many small details show carelessness and negligence: loose safe box, finished candle jars with no matches, empty fridge, no bathroom tissues, slippery bathtub floor, etc. Only the room rate was in line with what you'd expect for a suite in a 4* hotel, i.e. expensive but unfortunately not justified at all.
