I absolutely loved this place. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The location is perfect, with easy access to all the activities in town. The property itself is beautiful and made my stay truly enjoyable.

The staff was really welcoming, very responsive and always helpful. Smooth check-in.
The whole place is brand new. My apartment was super spacious, clean and well-equipped.
The location is excellent! Situated in a central position, right next to the Lake, everything is within easy walking distance.
I enjoyed my stay a lot and highly recommend this place (also when visiting by car!). I will definitely come back :)

Spiaggia is very very close to the lake. Riva is so beautiful therefore we spent all days outdoor. There were clean towels and bedding, however no soap in the toilet and no kettle in the kitchen
standard of the room was lower that I expected. The carpet was dirty and there was not a nice smell because of this. Fortunately we were all days at the lake and in the city center which is amazing.
