Lovely hotel, easy go into town with the tram, but find a restaurant somewhere else if you like good

Nice hotel room, clean, spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view and a spacious balcony. The swimming pool was very nice for doing a few laps. We didn't try the spa.

The only downside was the restaurant, which was really substandard. It had been a long time since we had such a tasteless meal. Perhaps the chef was absent, but the food was bad all round.

Weekend stay.

Very friendly hotel, the superior room was very spacious with large bathroom and separate wc. Dog friendly. The spa pool area very good, the spa area well kitted, pool a little small but ok being a regular swimmer. Breakfast was amazing and dog friendly. Excellent secure free parking. Recommend booking restaurant in advance, as unable to book, looked good value, appears many local people book and use as very little around in other restaurants other than one recommended by the hotel near L'Eleclerc which was excellent.

Access to a safe in the room would have been good.

Cute haberdashery style hotel

Beaucoup small hotel. Our room was lively and spacious with a balcony. It had tea and coffee facilities, a smart TV air con, and a hair dryer. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly.

The food was a bit pricey. But it was delicious. It was more of an Asian vibe. We got the beef, and even though it was supposed to be served raw, the chef cooked it well done for us. It was a mega bonus. I suppose it'd be nice to have a more accessible menu as even though it was delicious, it wasn't sufficient to satisfy our hunger.

Incredible restaurant, hotel missing a few items

Wonderfully designed space, gorgeous setting, spa is also fun however not exclusive as day trippers permitted & is at additional cost. Massages were good, expensive in € compared to Bali or Thailand. Location is 1in walk from the incredible huge hypermarket E.Leclerc ORVAULT, if you need anything- walk up there.

No refrigerator, no security box in room. No drying rack. Cleaning staff just entered room? No salad or green vegetables with the breakfast provided.

The meal in the restaurant was excellent - best we had all holiday.

There were areas of the site that were used as dumping grounds for obsolete furniture and general rubbish. We felt sorry for the residents of the tidy properties nearby who had to look out onto them.

An oasis of calm !!

What a treasure ! Set in a leafy green estate the hotel oozes tranquility from the moment that you arrive. Breakfast was very tasty. An amazing place for an overnight stop or longer to enjoy the spa facilities.

Location of the hotel was a surprise, really quiet, but good for trams into central Nantes. Hotel was really quiet during our stay.

Very small pool, only suitable for two people at a time. Lack of soundproofing in rooms. The hotel was not busy, but if it had been busier, the noise would have been an issue, which is a shame.

Great room, great location. Very nice and friendly lady at the reception. Great food (even though the restaurant was closed they still offered me a lunch which was super good). Such a nice place!

Floors were a bit creaky and in general sound isolation was maybe a bit subpar.

Good breakfast and helpful staff, considering we didn't arrive until 01.30 at night due to Easyjet loosing our luggage and the Taxi, booked and paid for, not there at the airport and costing us an extra 60 euros.
