Arthotel ANA Style Augsburg

Friendly reception; made to feel very welcome ❤️ Access to coffee machine 24/7 & excellent breakfast with wide range of tasty food. Only a short hop away by tram into the beautiful Augsburg city; chilled with good beers, a peace garden & interesting architecture. The hotel was laid back; would definitely return.

The bathroom towels were a tad tired, but no problem for just one night. I would stay here again. Excellent value 👍👌🙏

The room was fantastic! It was huge and nicely decorated. The free tea and coffee was a nice bonus too. We arrived late so didn't see much of other parts of the hotel but what was seen was clean and cosy. Easy to park out the front and to get access to the room key after hours was easy. Also bed was super comfy and loved the big balcony.

That there was no door separating the bedroom to the shower room. Having to wait for everyone to wake to shower so I wouldn't wake people was annoying. Also wouldn't be ideal for non family members!

Quirky place. Rooms were good. The overall building was really nice with good communal areas. Attached restaurant was nice. We had a meal there which was priced well. Plenty of free parking and the staff were very approachable. Free hot drinks a bonus.

The door to the bathroom was difficult to use. Was a problem when travelling with adult children.

The pictures online do not really match the rooms, it is much older and lived through, the floors are uneven and I never saw any staff. Not for the reception, not for room cleaning, nothing. The hotel saves as much money on personnel as possible so there is no normal option for room cleaning, there were no extra towels and not enough pillows. They are hiding the lack of room cleaning behind a facade of environmental concerns, but they are only concerned with saving money. It is the absolute bare minimum and feels like bad value for the money. I won’t stay there again.
