The staff were quite friendly and helpful, and special requests were cheerfully accommodated. The room had everything expected, though nothing particularly special. Breakfast was varied and well presented.
There are two restaurants right next to the hotel, one fast food and one casual dining.
Be advised that the hotel is in a very industrial area right next to the motorway, and there is a lot of truck traffic. I asked for a room on the side away from the road, and it was fine for noise.

Nice, clean B&B. I was afraid it will be noisy since it's close to highway but it was quite inside. I didn't have any baggage but in the morning I saw people moving bags by stairs so I guess no elevator.
At breakfast, there was a group of people travelling together who went to breakfast together, around 30 people. They cleaned almost all food, so it would have been nice if stuff could replenish food after them.
