Amazing powerful shower. Property is in a great position for most things and very quiet. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. We found it to be very homely. The bus stop was right outside the hotel.
Arrived at 2pm. Although the room was ready we couldn’t check in until 3pm, which meant hanging around for an hour. No decaf coffee. Internet didn’t work in all parts of hotel.

Short walk to the beach and center, it was possible for us to check in earlier thanks to Maria Cristina (we see that she is trying her best to keep things working). Great shower. Air conditioner is old but works well.
Wi-Fi connection didn’t work for us, it would have been a problem if we had counted on it. Pricey breakfast. Cleanliness can be improved, as well as the desk/bar services. No frigobar in the room, really missed it once the temperature reached almost 40 degrees while we were there.

The hotel is really lovely, in a calm part of Saint-jean-de-luz and managed by a lovely woman and her son.
The rooms were very comfortable, spacious and great AC.
The hotel is just a few moments from the beach and a short walk from the town centre where there are bakeries, shops and a market.
It's easy to get to via the bus and to get further out as well.

Very convenient for the town and beach. Sweet family run hotel, lovely breakfast. Room and bathroom adequate .
