was extremely disappointed and, above all, felt deeply offended by the experience.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Elysées Union. I paid 706.12 EUR for a Deluxe Double Room, specifically selecting that category for comfort and space. Upon arrival, I was given a lower-category room that did not match what I had booked and paid for. There was no proper explanation or solution offered at reception. When I questioned the situation, the response I received was unprofessional and dismissive. As a guest traveling with my family, this was unacceptable and very stressful.

The most disturbing part of the experience was the attitude of the receptionist an older man with glasses whose behavior was sarcastic, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of helping resolve the issue, his tone felt mocking and intimidating. As a guest, I felt uncomfortable and disrespected.

Best view from our balcony!

Location was perfect for getting around Paris. Short walk from metro and the famous Carette cafe. We were pleasantly surprised to check into our room and have the most amazing balcony view. It was magical in the snow. We were able to store our bags with no issues on our last morning.

Fantastic!!

Breakfast was good, staff polite, room was very nice and we was able to store our luggage before and after check in/out. Nice view of the Eiffel Tower in a quiet neighbourhood with multiple cafes nearby.

Nothing, our experience was very good and if we come to Paris again will be looking to rebook here before anywhere else.

A great boutique hotel in the 16th arrondissement

Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, great size triple room, close to laundromat and street flea market on the weekend, very clean and modern room, very well presented 3-star accommodation.

Basic breakfast, housekeeping staff leave bedding and cleaning supplies in the hallway whilst working so you have to walk over or around them. Quite some distance from main train stations, so have to catch a Taxi if you have luggage and this can be another substantial cost.

The hotel was in a great location, walking distance from the main attractions and the metro. Checkin was quick and easy. The breakfast was basic but had something for everyone. Our family room was spacious and clean with the view of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony!

A taste of Paris!

Location! Near restaurants and shopping, walking distance to Eiffel Tower and Arch as well as within 2 miles to almost everything else! Quaint! Great breakfast spread (be sure to include it in your rate!); excellent service. Fridge in room with optional mini bar. Wonderful amenities. For a 4 night stay, solo female, this was perfect!

AMAZING location, close to everything including metro lines and bus routes. Balcony room was beautiful, loved watching the eiffle tower sparkle every night. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great as well! This hotel was perfect.

Amazing location, great staff

The hotel was amazing, was at a great location, we had a view of the Eiffel Tower from our room. The staff was really helpful with our every need. We had to leave early due to a family emergency, and the staff of the hotel made sure we had a smooth checkout process, helped us throughout, and were very supportive. Definitely recommending this hotel to everyone!

Fair to mediocrw for the price

Breakfast was good. Staff didn't go out of their way to help us with a better room. We were there at 9:00 am for check in after flight but we weee booked on a tour and by the time we returned we had the last room in the house. Why didn't we have the best when we were there early?

Room was far too small, housekeeping poor.

Did not have the breakfast. Location was nice and central to tourist attractions, walking distance. Public’s transit was very convenient. Bar across the street from our room was super loud and kept us up for hours every night!

The housekeeping staff did a poor job and got worse every day ( we were there 4 days). They left pillows and decorative throw on the floor and didn’t empty our waste baskets. Walls were thin and we heard kids running in the halls until almost midnight. We’re planning a return visit at the end of our trip next month but have now decided otherwise.

The location was excellent. The suite was a large two bedroom two bath. Ac worked great in August. Place was clean. Breakfast was was a nice option. We had it once in three days. Shower could use some upkeep. Over all we would stay again.

Location, location, location! Located in the centre, close to Arch de Triomphe and Eiffle Tower, plenty of cafes and restaurants near by, close to tube and walking distance to art galleries. All in all it was good value for money, breakfast was good too, fresh and decent.

Room was on the 6th floor- two bed apartment.. as it was in the roof the room was very hot and air-conditioning did not work very well. Kitchen was also very basic....not enough cutlery for 5 of us, lacked a toaster which would have been very useful and expected in and apartment.
