Close to airport and convenient. Offered a reasonably priced shuttle from airport.

Close to the airport, nice garden.
I don't know if I missed this information when I was booking, but we were led to another building than the main one to spend the night. This other building has a separate gate that is accessed by leaving the area of the main building and crossing the road, and of course it has a separate door, which needed to be closed at all times. We were given only one key, therefore when I wanted to go out during the evening, my mom was locked in the building because if she left, she wouldnt be able to get through the gate. I think two keys need to be provided.
Moreover, both the gate and the door of the building were opened by our room keys. And if that is the case... all of the rooms can be opened with any other room's key?
Overall we were a bit shocked by this arrangement.
We wanted to buy a bottle of water, we didn't have cash and card was not an option. There were no blow dryer in the room so I couldn't take a shower. I have long hair and I need to dry it during winter.
