Quiet place with a great restaurant and nice surroundings

Quiet place in a nice rural area with a great restaurant.

Room was a little bit small and only equipped with a bathhub in the middle of the room instead of a shower. Makes that a little bit uncomfortable.

Lovely location but overall expensive for what was on offer.

Lovely location with beautiful setting. Staff very friendly and helpful . Evening meal was excellent if again a little on the expensive side.

The bedroom was quite basic with no proper shower facilities. The breakfast was limited and quite expensive for what was on offer. It should have been included in the overall price of the room as that was also expensive for what it was.

A lovely place to stay but expensive for what it was

Delicious dinner

Attitude of staff when boiler failed and there was no hot water one morning( they just said it was out of their control) - we felt they should have given us a discount/ some compensation without us having to ask for it - a fair discount was given after some haggling with them .

Excellent country hotel with good restaurant

Lovely country hotel with charming staff. Our room was delightful (and a little quirky) with comfortable beds and a good, gushy shower. Lots of quality toiletries, good towels, and tea/coffee facilities. Very good dinner in hotel restaurant. Pretty grounds and gardens.

Beautifully situated in a lush small forrest a short drive from Honfleur, Auberge de la Source is a tranquil hotel destination with great amenities, service and good food. The garden is very well developed and maintained, and is a nice place to relax and have a glass of wine. The place (an old farm?) have been restored with great attention to detail and respect for heritage. The hotel’s location is well situated for exploring nearby destinations such as Honfleur, Deauville, Etretant by car

Compared to other better quality hotels we found the total bill of over 1000 euros for 4 people a lot for one evening. Yes we had the gourmand menu but this was somewhat disappointing

Idyllic location

Very idyllic with beautiful garden and very rustic in a lovely country location.

The reception area and all the communal areas are used as a restaurant both at lunchtime and in the evening which meant for the guests (especially if you did not opt to eat at the restaurant) there was no communal area to sit around in, order a drink etc. There was a garden area but during our stay it was windy with some rain and therefore we were confined to our room.

Quiet, peaceful country inn with excellent food!

Quiet, peaceful countryside inn. The location to the coastal towns is very convenient. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfasts and dinner at the restaurant was excellent. We did the tasting menu for dinner one night and it was the best food we had on our 3-week trip!

The building our room was located in was up a hill from the main inn and you had to walk/drive up a steep gravel hill which was a bit challenging.

Top spot! Would be delighted to go back

a stunnign place. excelletnt standard. this place really sets the bar high and delivers. it is high end so not cheap but you get what you pay for. the staff were really good, shared some jokes and laughs, gave great advice for day trips. always friendly, they really looked after us.

I cannot think of anything...maybe it would be nice to have a shuttle into Honfleur but honestly nothing to complain about

The location was awesome, facilities are excellent, probably the best hotel we’ve been to in France.

The only issue is that cellular network doesn’t work there, but this is not the hotel’s fault.

Lovely location with pretty streams. Excellent meal.

Room very small with poor lighting - 2 bedside lamps and a small table lamp! Wi-Fi signal so poor that it wasn’t possible to use the internet. Ant infestation in room and bathroom. All in all, very poor value for money.

This was a lovely place, in a very pretty setting. The superior room was in the main building and was well stocked with mini toiletries, kettle coffee machine etc. We did eat in the restaurant which I would recommend, delicious well cooked food.

The breakfast was continental and overall the choice was good but did think it was expensive.

the staff were very professional and booked many activities for us, the rooms were cozy and the parking was great.

the hotel rooms dont have an AC, the breakfast was very small, the spa was in another hotel and the hotel itself is not very vibrant.. it was empty all the time even tho it was fully booked.

Delicious breakfast, very nice staff, nice dinner. Beautiful garden We booked a charming standard room and received an upgrade for a bigger room, completely in the charming style of the hotel.

No pool but you can find a relaxing place in the beautiful garden to read a book. I would not recommend for children, but certainly for adults who appreciate nature and quiet atmosphere.

Lovely location. Loved the garden. Comfortable bed. Nice dinner.

Uncomfortable garden furniture. If you are going to put a net curtain in the tiny toilet ‘box’ then at least please iron it! Took staff ages to bring a fan on a very hot day (no aircon here). All small things but attention to detail is important if you are intending to be ‘special’.
