    Resort facilities are great. The view from the hotel is mesmerizing. Twin bed rooms might be small for 4. I was traveling with 1 kid and struggled a little with space. But the facilities and resort staff are great

    We had an amazing stay at this place. Perfect location with scenic views, closer to town but away from hustle. Lovely and helpful staff! Only downside we realized was the parking issue. Not enough parking available. Apart from that, it's a great place to stay at!! Thank you team for hosting us

    Extremely disappointing and not family-friendly Our stay at Mercure Queenstown Resort was very disappointing. We were traveling with our 1-year-old, and the hotel refused to provide a microwave to heat our baby’s food. Instead, staff suggested we use a kettle, which is completely unsafe and unacceptable for infant meals. We spoke to the manager, expecting at least a basic solution or some understanding, but no help was offered at all. The attitude was dismissive and showed a complete lack of care for guests with babies. For a hotel that markets itself as family-friendly, this level of poor service and lack of basic amenities is shocking. I strongly do not recommend this property to families with infants.
