Very disappointed, hopefully a one off.

No restaurant available after being made aware 2 o’clock in the morning the day after cancellation period. Fortunately plenty of eating out options and wasn’t a problem. Very little sleep due to doors banging until 3.00am with people arriving back after an evening out.

Very nice overnight stay, clean, comfortable, relaxing, and the staff were very friendly, helpful.

Lovely person greeted us at check in desk, and shared ample information about the town with us. Lobby had a nice fire going and plenty of comfy chairs to sit in. Had a night cap at the bar, which was very nice. Luxurious king bad was definitely a hit! Breakfast was wonderful with lots of coffee and plenty of choices on what to eat.

Had to lug our suitcases up to the next floor. No elevator. But it wasn't so bad, got some exercise.

ideal location to explore connemara

the rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was fine we had tea and coffee and a tv in the room the location was ideal near restaurants and free parking across the street in a closed in car park the buffet breakfast was good

disappointed 😞

location in centre of town was great close to restaurants. However our room was on 2nd Floor stairs up and you could smell dampness on carpets and in ceiling you could see mildew.

on arrival the receptionist told us they lock frontdoor at 1am but we had no issue as we had a earlier start and would be retiring early. However some guests had a late night and banged on door in middle of night to get into the premises. Our room was 201 and we were woken up by the banging of guests trying to get in.

Heat in the room was unbearable. The noise from outside the window boiler going on and off all night party in a joining building was going through the night outside my room someone was trying to put a key in the door at 4am and continued trying to and other doors for some time before finding their room I presume and just when all that died down the bottle band was in action before the sun came up which was extremely loud
