Last minute night away

Its a lovely hotel with a really warm welcome from the reception desk. All the staff are very friendly, especially in the bar that night . Breakfast had everything you could ask for and lovely and a good choice of hot and cold dishes . Room was really comfortable and kept to a high standard, we will definitely go back to stay again in the near future.

Great location - walking distance to city centre and train/ bus station. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was really good. Friendly staff. Love the facade of the hotel, beautiful murals.

The heating wasn’t on and the room felt quite cool, good for the night as we don’t like overheated room, but morning and evening you really felt the coldness of the room.

Comfortable clean rooms in a perfect location

Large comfortable room - plenty of space and good comfy chairs. Location was ideal for us to have a wander into Waterford city and we managed to get the last free car parking space in the hotel car park. Breakfast was relaxed and plenty of choice - hot and fresh.

Lighting in the room is a bit dark - but maybe that's my age 🙂

Great location in Waterford City. Cosy clean boutique hotel. Lovely toiletries supplied.

There is a hotel car park, but it filled very quickly because it is so small. This meant an extra €24 added to my break to pay parking for 48 hours. Car parking spots are also very tight if your car is bigger. Plenty of parking spaces on Sunday though. But you have to be quick for Friday and Saturday!

Worst supposed 4 **** hotel I ever stayed at. Staff is unfriendly and unhelpful There’s a green dimmed light the size of a frying pan on the ceiling for security… the light can’t be switched off and keeps the room light at night!!! I most have stayed in 500 hotels of all sorts during all my travels. Never did one place have a night light on I wasn’t able to switch off. When I complained with reception at night the person hung up on me…… Sadly the town was filled with the next night otherwise I would have moved out and asked for money back Overall feeling of entire place is max 3 *** with most unstylish bar / restaurant with just about decent food

A warm welcome to a comfortable stay

The property was located very close to the entry to town which made arrival and departure by car easier. Having free under cover parking was even better. Rooms were accessed by elevator which made life easier managing luggage. The staff were friendly and helpful and made the experience very enjoyable. Everything we wanted to see in Waterford was in easy walking distance

Fridges in the rooms would make life in the road easier for guests, particularly those with medical or dietary requirements

The car parking was a joke. The hotel car park is tiny and I had to park at a nearby public car park that cost me an additional €16 additional to my stay. This lack of parking should have been highlighted at booking.
