El apartamento muy limpio y , el recinto muy cuidado y el personal de recepción todas genial pero sobre todo Rosi que es la chica que hablaba Español,

Por mejorar los colchones y las almohadas , el del sofá muy blando y las almohadas de la cama demasiado bajitas

The outlook was well presented, and the location was close to the town center and supermarket.

There are a few details that can be improved. - our flat has 1 Aircon outlet in the living room, whereas the flat at ground floor had 2 outlets one in the living room and one in the bedroom. We think it got broken at some point and never was replaced. To be able to cool down the whole flat we had to have 20 degrees. - we were 4 and had 3 pillows... It is not a big deal if we were checked in at 8pm. But we arrived at 1am. - in the morning we found 3 coffee pods, but we were 4. No Moka, nor kitchen cloth. - we did complain about the coffee pods and we were told this amount was standard. - we bought coffee pods from a supermarket to find out that they were not compatible with the machine provided in the flat. And the only coffee pod compatibles are sold by the hotel. Not sure why we were not told! - there is a laundry room, and all machines have different prices of 5, 7 or 9 euros. You have to convert your money with tokens, so be aware of it you may end up wasting your money as tokens cannot be reconverted in money! Quite unfair. - it would be good if there were more surfaces around the flats or hangers.
