big enough bathroom, comfortable double bed, next to port and lungomare, close to the beach, possibility of breakfast in a nearby hotel for acceptable price.
on upper terrace was mess, they could use the place for cooking, evening sitting, it has a nice sea and lungomare view.

I like especially the balcony upstairs that can be used to dry towels and clothes. It has a very nice view, too. There is also a kitchen with some cooking appliances but it is a pity that it is not functional. Overal the room is nice, clean and has an AC, big wardrobe. It is situated close to the beach and reataurants but was quiet inside.
The bathroom had a little smell, mainly when we were coming back after a whole day and the windows were closed.
