Spacious room, superb bathroom, great breakfast

It would have been nice with a swimming pool or a child friendly room.

Hotel was excellent and modern. Loved location and the city

Receptionist could not have been more unhelpful. We arrived on two motorcycles outside hotel. ( with luggage in rain). Asked receptionist about parking and she said take 4 left turns which did not take us to parking. We parked up bikes and walked back to hotel and when we inquired about parking she said she had a map. The parking was not connected to hotel so we had to make a number of journeys to bring our luggage in. Next time teach receptionist to provide maps and maybe advise to remove luggage first. We also observed same receptionist been rude and unhelpful to an elderly guest. The hotel is exceptional. Don’t let your staff fail you

Very comfortable room.Stylishly decorated.In a great location. Excellent breakfast with many choices. Above all I liked and appreciated how well soundproofed my room was.

I did find the lighting in the restaurant during the day a bit gloomy.

A really great stay with a nice breakfast. The staff is also very nice and accommodating.

Parking with no direct access to hotel, you have to walk around it
