Atendimento nota 1.000, incrível a vista desse hotel para o Oceano, incrível o atendimento ao cliente, a atenção dada por todos no Hotel realmente vale mais que 5 estrelas!! Uma dica, venta muito e a piscina não é climatizada, portanto, a água fica gelada ao extremo, impossivel de se usar! Aliás, ninguém usou no tempo que estava, fica a dica pra melhorarem, ou climatizarem a água de forma natural, porque tem muito calor e isso poderia ajudar a aquecer a água.

⭐☆☆☆☆ 1/5 Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. My wife and I chose this hotel for our honeymoon, expecting a special and memorable experience. A honeymoon should be a time when everything feels exceptional, relaxing, and stress-free. Sadly, our experience was the complete opposite. The hotel looks much better in the photos than in reality. The facilities were not maintained to the standard expected for the price paid. The so-called private pool/jacuzzi experience was far from enjoyable, and cleanliness was questionable. Communication with the staff was frustrating from the beginning. Simple requests took too long, and customer service felt indifferent rather than welcoming. As a guest, I did not feel valued or respected. The most unacceptable part happened when a cup of coffee was accidentally spilled in the room. I immediately informed reception and requested housekeeping. The area was cleaned, no damage was caused, yet I was later informed of an excessive €150 cleaning charge. No evidence of damage was provided, no clear policy was shown, and no reasonable explanation was given. Instead of helping make our honeymoon special, the hotel created unnecessary stress and frustration during what should have been one of the happiest trips of our lives. Between the poor communication, disappointing facilities, lack of transparency, and unexpected charges, I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to other travelers. There are far better hotels in Santorini that offer better service, better value, and far more respect for their guests.
