1st Floor with living room and kitchen. 2nd floor has two Suites, one of them with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool and garden. 3rd floor has a terrace with a panoramic sea view. The ground floor includes a master bedroom with an open Space with 2 bunches and a bathroom.
The house has a private garden with access to the large and green condominium garden. The accommodation also has access to the swimming pool and private parking.
Very near the Pera Armaçao Village. Tourist attraction site characterized by its bay 6 km long and diverse spaces of nightlife, restaurants and bars. This village is located in the center of the Algarve region, 5 km from Albufeira, 10 km from Portimão, 15 km from Vilamoura and 30km from Faro. Special golf lovers: This accommodation is located in a privileged area to practice golf. Quick access to the best courses in the Algarve region, we highlight Herdade dos Salgados golf course 5 km away.

Agradecer a simpatia e o profissionalismo da empresa e proprietário da casa. Casa muito bem localizada, zona calma a minutos a pé da praia, 5 minutos de carro de armação de pera. Casa inserida num condomínio, com acesso a espaço exterior com espaço para BBQ e acesso a piscina de condomínio ao qual dá para aproveitar o bom tempo e para descansar . A repetir.

The staff was friendly. I missed an email about check in so what I thought was 2:00 turned into 4:00. The previous people left it in a terrible state but he cleaning staff worked as fast as they could to get us in. There is a inconspicuous path to the beach that was quite nice. Good water pressure in the bathroom, nice kitchen with various appliances and good cookware. It echos alot so once 1 person is up everyone is. Beds were okay for a short stay but not super comfortable. Overall I would go again.

House was very spacious for our group! Location was great ! Close to beach and amenities. Communication was great! But house could use an overall update / freshen up.
