To begin with, they put us in a room next to the lifts. The noise was terrible at night and early in the morning. Below our room was a smoking area, and the smell of smoke invaded our room.
The food was exactly the same every day. Even though they had 'theme' nights, nothing was different; it was just simple food.
The snacks were awful, the ham and cheese sandwich was very salty, and hot dogs and hamburgers were only available at night.
One night, we were having dinner in the dining room when a pipe burst inside, causing panic, screaming and running around, people fainting on the floor, children crying... it was a disaster, and we didn't even hear an apology from the staff.
The entertainment at the pool was the worst part, extremely bad, the background music at the pool sounded like funeral music, really bad.
In the evening, there was a magic show for children that started at 10 p.m., which was extremely late and very poor.
