Lovely rural location and accommodation had everything we needed.

Loved being in amongst the sheep and lambs. Very secluded and quiet. Handy having the utility room when coming back from walks with the dogs.

No heating in the bathroom meant it was a bit chilly for the time of year we visited.

Great stay, would definitely come back.

Beautiful property, very clean and well equipped. Location is remote but it’s near many great walks. The owner was incredible! I’ve had an issue with my car and she has helped a lot. Also she has left cake for us. Would definitely come back and recommend it to everyone!

Lovely cottage with great local walking.

We spent five very enjoyable days at Y Bwthyn in November. The cottage is well equipped and comfortable and the location is stunning. We had no problem following the directions to the accommodation, which is three miles along a narrow road north of Llanbedr. Annwen, our host, was very helpful and the cake she had left for us was delicious! There are good walking trails all around, accessible directly from the cottage or within a short drive.

Nothing - it was all good, but be prepared for the weather!

A great location in the middle of the Welsh countryside but still only a few miles from "civilisation"

Can't really think of anything - the log burner wasn't operating but we were given more than adequate heating as a replacement

Stunning location, excellent host and brilliant weekend away.

The location was remote and a little tricky to find but an absolutely gorgeous setting and very close to excellent walks. The host was brilliant and met us on arrival even though we were quite late. There was tea and a lovely cake when we got there and the house was lovely.

I am not sure how to make the directions a bit easier, especially when try to find the house in the dark, but this is a minor detail as the rest of the stay was fantastic.

This is a beautiful place to spend a restful holiday. We would love to stay here again.

Equipment was spot on- they had thought of everything. The location was beautiful. A cake awaited us on arrival and everything was lovely.

The bath/ shower was not great, shower very noisy and bath very small.

Happy and relaxed :)

It was lovely and quiet, with some great nature walks in the area. Cottage was homely and we were greeted with a delicious home baked cake :) We had a fab stay!

perfecte locatie om het natuurschoon van Snowdonia te ontdekken

we werden bij aankomst blij verrast door een handgemaakte cake van de vriendelijk eigenaresse. het meubilair van de boerderij was sfeervol, maar wel lichtelijk smoezelig.

de boerderij zou mogelijk makkelijker te vinden zijn als de routebeschrijving "...en vervolg de weg tot je de naam Crafnant ziet" zou zijn, dan weet je beter waar je naar moet zoeken. het is een boerderij op het platteland, dus je moet de spinnen en de geur van (schapen)uitwerpselen voor lief nemen. dit geldt overigens ook voor het (luidruchtige) keel schrapen van de aanwonende zoon(?) van de eigenaresse.
