The venue was perfect for visiting Whitby and the surrounding area.
The property was homely and comfortable.
The host was very friendly and gave us great information on the local area and recommendations on places to visit.

A welcoming owner who provided clear and helpful information. There was a lovely little pack of bread, milk, etc. provided for our arrival. Our dog was made welcome, too, and there is a sizeable, enclosed garden for her to use. The accommodation is very comfortable, well equipped and warm. Just a few miles from Whitby, where there is plenty to see and do.
Parking charges in Whitby! There is a Park and Ride, but it isn't available out of season. Hopefully, that is a more cost-effective alternative.

Location next to A171 road which was very noisy
Parking . The parking was nothing like the pictures. Very narrow. Host asked if the mirrrors folded in to give more room. End of yard you had to turn round a deisel tank etc which we were unable to do without shunting back and forth.
