This charming holiday home in Champlon-Ardenne is perfect for couples or small families seeking a peaceful retreat in the Belgian Ardennes. Located just 280 meters from the Champlon Monument bus stop, the property offers easy access to nearby nature trails and local amenities. Guests can explore the historic town of La Roche-en-Ardenne, enjoy scenic horseback rides at Domaine Les Olivettes, or tee off at the Méan Five Nations Golfclub, one of Belgium's premier courses. The cottage features a well-equipped kitchenette with ceramic cooktop, filter coffee machine, and combination microwave. The living/dining room includes a flatscreen cable TV and a dining table for four. A cozy bedroom with twin beds and a cot, plus a bathroom with shower and toilet, make it ideal for a comfortable stay. We were welcomed by a very nice landlord who unfortunately only spoke French, but we knew that in advance. The holiday apartment was very clean and pragmatically furnished and met our expectations. The apartment is in an idyllic location on a quiet side street with the opportunity to go hiking straight away. The only negative thing we found was that the blackout blind in the living room was broken and there were no insect screens because there were tons of mosquitoes. Overall very successful.

Fijn appartement! Je verwacht het in eerste instantie niet maar het is van binnen vrij ruim opgezet. Genoeg ruimte voor een stel. Alles is aanwezig en ziet er schoon en netjes uit. Ook de ontvangst van Jean Marie was prima. De tuin is goed afgezet, dus onze honden konden niet ontsnappen. Je hebt een groot gedeelte van de dag zon in de tuin maar er zijn ook schaduwplekken
