Good stay for an affordable price and one night.

It is a very basic yet clean hotel on a good location, both for going into Brussels as for Zaventhem Airport. Breakfast is simple yet tasty. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Shower facilities (standing in the bath. Room was cold and heating (CV) had clearly air in it.

The receptionist was very kind and ready to help about any doubts

There was no fan/air co but happily when we stayed there, it was a "normal" summer Day in Brussels (16°) because Just the Day before we were like 32°

Everything was so bad Never come back and not recommend it at all

Check in Check out Room cleanness Wardrobe Floor Bathroom with a disgusting smell I almost throw up when I used the bathroom The location is in the middle of nowhere It is not worth 100 euros at all

Acceptable

It was close with reception and check in possible till late. The hotel itself should be renovated/refresched. My room was stinking with cigarets… but it was spacious and quite clean

Comfortable, great value, airport-friendly location, but transportation has to be arranged.

Fantastic hot breakfast and staff ordered a taxi that arrived immediately. 15 Euros to airport, 10 minute ride.

The Booking.Com ad said there was a shuttle--there isn't. Besides taxi, there is a bus to airport with 12 minute walk uphill. A 3 minute walk to bus was advertised, but it apparently doesn't run anymore.

Quiet, comfortable, convenient to airport, good breakfast

The room was quiet and very clean, the bed was comfortable allowing for a good sleep. It is simple but has very good value. The breakfast was much more than I expected - very good variety and good quality. The staff members were friendly and welcoming. They arranged, on arrival, for a taxi to pick us up early in the morning. It was a 12 minute ride to the airport, so very convenient.

The room was a bit cool but I still slept well. My wife struggled with the high tub wall, as she has arthritis. The hotel is not near any restaurants and their own only serves breakfast.

The room and bed were comfortable. The room was very clean and with a comfortable temperature. The car park is free.

The staff was little and sometimes we could not find anyone at the reception (for instance at night when we had problems opening the door of the room) There is no elevator.

I paid twice for my stay, both via Klarna services and on my arrival at the desk. I tried several times to mail them or phone them, to discuss this matter with them. However they do not respond to my mails nor pick up the phone. They simply refuse to refund the money.
