O sítio é bem cuidado. Plantações e animais com boa aparência. O café da manhã é farto e com produtos produzidos na propriedade (bolos e sucos). Tem uma piscina aquecida bacana.
O quarto (suite Pinheiro 01) é bem menor do que as fotos do site mostram. O banheiro, além de pequeno demais, tem um chuveiro que "apenas pinga água", como se o ano inteiro fosse VERÃO. Fomos num período em que o tempo esfria muito a noite e tomar banho "procurando a água quente do chuveiro" foi uma experiência ruim. Talvez se o banheiro fosse mais adequado, o tamanho dos outros probleminhas não tivessem tanta importância.
