About this villa rental
Semi-detached villa surrounded by beautiful mediterranean bush with sea view, ideal for those who do not want to give up the comforts of the village but at the same time prefer a quiet and peaceful environment. House located a short distance from beautiful white and fine sand beaches, where the colors of a transparent sea touch all the shades between blue, turquoise and emerald; an uncontaminated environment, a healthy air, the intense perfume of the myrtle, the broom, the lentil; the tourist coming to Costa Rei will have the embarrassment of choice: a different beach every day, within a few minutes by car; Costa Rei is not only sea, there is also an environmental patrimony to be discovered by guided tours, off-road, horseback or even on foot. We had a great week staying in Bernardo's lovely house in Costa Rei. He and his wife welcomed us and showed us around, explaining how things worked and how to get to the nearest beach on foot. It's an easy walk down into Costa Rei, and the beach is great. There are lots of other beautiful beaches to explore only a short drive away.
The house has everything you need and is beautifully and thoughtfully furnished. There's a lush little garden, and it feels very private. We enjoyed the terrace most of all, sitting looking at the view and eating our meals out there.
The outdoor shower is a bonus. There are lots of things to borrow for days on the beach, such as parasols and beach chairs. Costa Rei is a seaside town with plenty of restaurants and little supermarkets, so you don't need to travel for anything once you've arrived.
Bernardo and his wife have thought of everything a family might need on a holiday. His son Simone was also very helpful during our stay. Grazie mille la famiglia Cugia!
We look forward to returning to Casa Maria for another holiday soon.

We were a family of 4 (2 adult children) and we had a really relaxing and enjoyable week in Costa Rei, supplemented by excursions to Parco Monte dei Sette Fratelli and the beautiful coastal scenery around Capo Carbonara.
We were lucky that there were nice restaurants with great seafood nearby but also that the house was sufficiently equipped to allow for pleasant meals al fresco too.
Simone and his parents were all very friendly and easygoing.
We will be back to beautiful Sardinia, we hope, before too long.
