Royal Sea View Villas Canarias

I loved that the host sent a what’s app video of instruction to find our villa . Nice touch . Place was clean, and a couple of minor issues the host sorted immediately . The terrace had a big umbrella so had option of sun or shade . Comfy double bed good kitchen and fridge freezer . The pool was shared but quiet, clean and warm . Lots of local shops and bars and not far to beach

The only minor thing was the outdoor furniture was marked and looked grubby, just had its day rather than dirty. , but we put towels over and was fine .

The view was exceptional, the patio large with sofas, the host pleasant, helpful and responsive to anything missing, it was clean and spacious but it’s at the mercy of its location which the host can do nothing about

There was zero parking, if you leave with your car, it’s spot is taken within a very short time and it’s very steep, the walk into town whilst not long is unsuitable for young families and seniors, none of which the host could do anything about, one of the tenants, a young woman, who had a big dog with a wrap muzzle let it toilet in the centre of the footpath and didn’t clear it. There were dirty nappies left in the road. Everything was locked tight, the apartment was fine but the actual place had no charm. I’m afraid it was not our vibe.
