About this apartment rental
Apartment in the center of Lisbon, in the typical Bairro Alto. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds and a spacious living room (with a double sofa bed), equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. Wi-fi internet available.
In our neighborhood you will find several restaurants, cafes and traditional shops but at a walking distance you can easily visit Principe Real, Chiado, Baixa or cross to the other hill and get to know Alfama.
Check in is after 15h (3pm) and check-out is before 12h (noon). In cases when we don't have guests before/after the booked period, check in/out could be flexible but needs to be coordinated between guests and host.
The keys are delivered during check-in, please make sure you share your scheduled traveling time with us.
After 19:00 (7pm) a late check-in fee will be applied and paid directly to the person meeting you at the apartment: Between 19:00 (7pm) - 23:00 (11pm), 20€ ; After 23:00 (11pm), 30€.
Please be respectful of our/your neighbors during your stay and avoid making loud noises after 22:00

The apartment is an a great location but needs a little updating. Clean place with great amenities. The kitchen window needs a curtain because the neighbor can see you coming out of the bathroom shower. The owner was very attentive

Io e i miei amici abbiamo soggiornato per 3 giorni, ottima posizione dell’appartamento che si è rivelato pulito e attrezzato di tutto punto come da descrizione.

appartement sympa et bien situé pour quelques jours à Lisbonne. le propriétaire est accueillant et disponible et ses adresses pour les restos sont très sympas. Seul "hic", l'appartement est situé en rez-de-chaussée dans un quartier très animé le soir et au-dessus de deux bars de nuits. En week-end soit vous allez faire la fête, soit vous mettez vos boules quies ! l'espace est bien pour deux couples, au-delà c'est juste, d'autant que le toilette n'est pas séparé de la salle de bain.
