About this apartment rental
This cozy 3-bedroom apartment managed by Central Hill Apartments, is located next to the most exclusive avenue in Lisbon – Avenida da Liberdade, in the downtown area. This is the perfect place to stay, since you will be within walking distance from all the main attractions and places to visit in Lisbon downtown such as Rossio, Chiado, Bairro Alto, Principe Real, Avenida da Liberdade, the City Castle and its picturesque neighborhood called Alfama.
The 100 square metre apartment features 3 bedrooms, a living and dining room, two full bathrooms, air conditioning (AC), and a fully equipped kitchen. It is located on the 3rd floor of a building with a lift. All bedrooms have a window and plenty of natural light.

The room setup is the following:
Room #1: 2 single top beds + 1 single pull-out bed (Sleeps 2+1)
Room #2: 2 single top beds + 1 single pull-out bed (Sleeps 2+1)
Room #3: 1 double top bed + 1 single pull-out bed (Sleeps 2+1)
Living room: 2 double sofa-beds (sleeps 2+2)
Max Nº Beds: 10 Beds (including 2 double sofa-beds)
Max Capacity: 10 people
Bedroom Preparations:
- The apartment will only be prepared for the number of people selected in the reservation
- Top beds are prepared first, followed by the pull-out beds, and lastly the sofa-beds.
- We will prepare separate beds for each guest until it reaches the maximum number of beds, after that we will consider 2 people in the double beds.
Important Information:
- This apartment is located in a very sensitive building where the rules must be followed at all times and the neighbors respected.
- No loud noises or music during the day and silence at night (starting 10pm).
- Parties, smoking and music speakers are strictly forbidden.
- Air conditioning provided, plus a few additional portable heaters and fans
- Due to its central location in the touristic area, you should expect some outside noise.
- This apartment requires a security deposit to be blocked on your credit card, which works as an insurance the rules will be respected and the apartment well taken care.

- Upon making your reservation you will be provided a check-in number, which you will need to contact 30min in advance so our colleague can meet you at the entrance of your apartment.
- Central Hill Apartments reserves the right to provide a Self Check-in option in exceptional circumstances at the company’s discretion.
- On the day of your check-out, just leave the keys on top of the living room table and close the door (loss of keys will result in a 75€ fine)
- Failure to leave the apartment before 11:00 will result in fines. It’s not possible to store luggage after check-out. Luggage pick-up service available (contact for more info)
Late Check-in Fee:
Late check-in fee of 30€ for all arrivals after 20:00 paid in cash at the check-in. This amount works as a compensation for the check-in person who has to stay working after hours to welcome you at the apartment.
Extra Guests:
It’s not allowed to have more guests than the ones selected on your reservation. If there are more guests, an extra guest fee might be applied (25€ per person per night)- contact us for authorization and confirmation of the extra guest fee amount.
Security Deposit:
This apartment requires a security deposit of 200€ to be blocked on your credit card.
- You will receive an email 7 days before the check-in requesting you to associate a credit card so it can be blocked 2 days before your check-in.
- If the rules of the apartment are respected the security deposit will be automatically released up to 7 days after your check-out.

The place was great. Just make sure you pay attention to your WhatsApp account, as that’s where most of the communication took place. Once I knew that, they were great and we loved the place/

Location was good and central. Apartment met all the necessary requirements.
Controlling the hot water from the shower was difficult at times. Apartment is mainly suitable for 6 people, anything above is a squeeze. No AC makes it difficult in summer

Even in the middle of a heat wave with no AC, this cute little apartment makes you want to pick up and move. If you do have littles who like playing card games and laugh with their family, this place probably wouldn’t be good because some laughter got us quiet down texts. Fridge wasn’t cold at all but we just froze our water to drink cold water in the heat wave.

Construction was happening and there was a lot of old material in the lobby. The apartment was nice and it was clean, but the steps up to the third floor were dark and dirty.
